Distinguished 校友 Member Award
The PG电子APP 校友 Association honors notable alumni through their Distinguished 校友 Member Award. This award recognizes the extraordinary support of an individual who has had a significant impact on PG电子APP or the health care community in which he/she resides.
The 校友 Association invites PG电子APP alumni, faculty/staff and students to nominate an alumnus who demonstrates the qualities of a distinguished alumni member. Nominees must have a strong, dedicated commitment to the College, 校友 Association and/or health care community. They must also have made strong contributions in support of the institution’s 任务 and 值 of Caring, 承诺, 卓越, 诚信与学习. Nominees should be extraordinary alumni members who also demonstrate leadership and work diligently toward the betterment of the College and/or their community.

- Has contributed significantly to the betterment of the community in which they serve.
- Has shown extraordinary loyalty, involvement and identification with the PG电子APP 任务 and 值.
- Has distinguished him/herself by a special service to the health care community and/or the College.
- Manifests qualities of strong moral principles worthy of recognition.
Nominees are accepted through August 25th and up to three awards may be granted if acceptable nominations are received. Awards are announced during the September 校友 Weekend events.
Submit the completed nomination form and essay to the 校友 and Advancement Coordinator, 啤酒丹顿, through the 在线表单 or mail the form to 101 South 42nd Street, 奥马哈，ne68131. Questions may be directed to alumni@album-famille.net.
